This is not a volume SaaS role. It’s a high-value, trust-led sales position focused on long-term partnerships, complex stakeholder groups, and mission-critical solutions.
You’ll be responsible for:
Channel & Partner Growth
– Building and scaling a network of education-focused channel partners across EMEA, including resellers, system integrators, service providers and consultants.
– Recruiting, onboarding and enabling partners to position solutions centred on student safety, data protection and digital trust.
– Developing joint business plans, pipeline strategies and co-selling motions.
– Acting as the senior relationship owner for partner engagements in your territory.
Territory & Direct Sales
– Owning a regional revenue target across EMEA, covering both partner-sourced and direct opportunities.
– Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from qualification through to close.
– Engaging senior education and institutional stakeholders across leadership, IT, safeguarding, data protection and procurement.
– Building and executing a clear territory plan aligned to wider growth strategy.
Market & Internal Collaboration
– Working closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product and Customer Success to ensure strong partner and customer outcomes.
– Feeding back insight on EMEA education trends, regulatory pressures, and customer needs across privacy, safeguarding and compliance.
– Representing the business at education events, partner meetings and industry forums across the region.
Requirements
What They’re Looking For:
– 8+ years B2B sales experience with strong exposure to indirect or channel sales across EMEA.
– Proven success selling complex, consultative solutions with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
– Background in EdTech, SaaS, compliance, data protection, or safeguarding solutions is highly desirable.
– Comfortable operating in trust-based environments such as education or public-sector-adjacent markets.
– Experience working alongside technical teams and structured partner ecosystems.
– Strong CRM discipline, ideally Salesforce.
– Fluent English required, additional European languages are advantageous.
– Willingness to travel across EMEA as required.
