Job description
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the Higher Education Sector.
*Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
*Forge strong relationships with key decision-makers in Higher Education institutions, districts, and EdTech partners.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product-market fit and customer satisfaction.
*Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
*7+ years of experience in SaaS or Education Technology sales, with a strong track record of success.
*Proven ability to manage and grow sales teams, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
*Extensive network and relationships within the UK Higher Education sector, International would be a big bonus.
*Understanding of the Finance and Banking industry (advantageous, but not essential).
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).
