Job description

As the Regional Sales Manager for the APAC region, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of teaching and learning solutions to International Schools. This role involves developing and managing channel partner relationships, ensuring that the company’s products reach a broader audience. With a large product portfolio and many existing customers, there is significant potential for cross-selling. 

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the APAC region.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with International Schools and channel partners.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
– Provide product demonstrations and training to potential and existing customers.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
– Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
– Travel to regional conferences and events when necessary
– Regular travel to onsite meetings with prospective customers

Requirements

– Proven experience in sales, preferably within the EdTech industry.
– Strong understanding of the APAC education market.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to travel internationally as required.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
– Team player with a positive and entrepreneurial mindset, committed to exceeding goals
– Passionate about education

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £55k DOE, complemented by an uncapped commission structure with an OTE of £80-90k, providing substantial earning potential.  Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities to support your career growth.

In terms of location, we are happy to either consider candidates based in the UK, who are willing to travel internationally on a fairly regular basis, or alternatively we will consider candidates who are currently based locally in region (APAC).
