Job description
As the sole Marketing Manager, you’ll have a direct impact on the company’s growth. You will:
Own the Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the 12-18 month marketing plan, aligned with global growth objectives.
Drive Campaigns & Demand Generation: Lead multi-channel campaigns from start to finish, from crafting the content engine (case studies, white papers, videos) to running paid and social campaigns that generate qualified leads.
Lead Field Marketing: Manage the end-to-end event strategy, including major conferences and regional roadshows. You’ll handle everything from sponsorships and stand design to on-site coordination and rapid lead follow-up.
Empower the Sales Team: Create critical sales enablement assets like playbooks, pitch decks, and competitive battlecards, and partner directly with the sales team on ABM programs.
Manage the Stack: Take ownership of the marketing tech stack (HubSpot) and use data to track KPIs, measure campaign ROI, and optimise performance.
Requirements
We’re searching for an experienced B2B SaaS marketer with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in the EdTech or Higher Education space. You should have a proven track record of running successful multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and accelerate deals.
You must be a confident writer and storyteller who can tailor messaging for both academic and IT decision-makers. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a scale-up environment—resourceful, hands-on, and able to prioritize in a fast-moving, high-impact role.
