An innovative and fast-growing EdTech company is looking to appoint a Marketing Manager focused on the US education market to join their expanding marketing team.

This organisation develops cutting-edge technology used by schools around the world to transform teaching and learning in the classroom. Their award-winning platform is already widely adopted across international education markets and demand continues to grow rapidly in the United States.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of marketing activity for the US market, working closely with senior leadership and collaborating across sales, product, channel and customer success teams to drive pipeline growth and revenue.

Job description

The Role

As Marketing Manager for the US market, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that generate demand, support sales activity and strengthen brand presence across the US education sector.

You will play a key role in aligning marketing campaigns with business objectives while identifying new opportunities for growth within the US market.

Key responsibilities include:

– Developing insight into the US education landscape to inform marketing strategy and campaign planning
– Identifying market trends and opportunities to support business growth in the region
– Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, digital advertising, webinars and events
– Analysing campaign performance and ROI to continually optimise marketing effectiveness
– Working closely with the sales team to review lead generation and support pipeline progression
– Planning and delivering major education events and exhibitions across the US
– Collaborating with channel partners to develop joint marketing initiatives
– Supporting customer engagement programmes including case studies, success stories and ambassador initiatives
– Working with PR partners to increase media visibility and amplify marketing campaigns
– Producing high-quality marketing content including blogs, whitepapers and thought leadership pieces

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

This role would suit a proactive and commercially minded marketer who enjoys working across both strategy and execution.

You will likely bring:

– A degree in Marketing or a related discipline
– Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign management and lead generation
– Experience within B2B marketing, ideally in technology or education sectors
– Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Zoho
– Strong copywriting and communication skills
– Experience managing marketing budgets and analysing campaign performance
– Strong organisational and project management skills
– The ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product and customer success teams
– Experience working with, or marketing into, the US education sector would be a strong advantage.
