The Role
As the Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to deliver multi-channel campaigns, elevate brand awareness, and drive inbound leads. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing.
You will be involved in everything from content creation and social media to CRM management, email marketing, reporting and supporting key events and webinars.
Key Responsibilities
Digital and Content Marketing:
Execute multi-channel campaigns to grow brand awareness and generate leads.
Create content for blogs, social media, email newsletters and website updates.
Design and schedule social media content, monitor engagement and build relationships with followers.
Produce marketing collateral including presentations, brochures and infographics.
Support webinars, trade shows, events and the company newsletter.
Assist with analytics setup using HubSpot, Google Analytics and Search Console.
CRM and Data Management:
Maintain accurate customer data across CRM and finance systems.
Segment audiences for targeted marketing activity.
Work with sales to ensure leads are tracked and nurtured effectively.
Provide reporting and insights to support decision-making.
Email and Performance Marketing:
Build, test and send email campaigns.
Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Support SEO and paid advertising activity, including Google Ads and social media ads.
Market Insights:
Monitor competitors and industry trends.
Analyse website traffic, social engagement and campaign performance.
Identify opportunities for new content, PR activity and partnerships.
Requirements
About You:
You will thrive in this role if you are proactive, organised and ready to get involved in a wide range of marketing activities.
You should bring:
1 to 2 years’ experience in marketing (EdTech, SaaS or B2B desirable).
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
A detail-focused, analytical approach to data and reporting.
Experience with tools such as Canva, HubSpot or Mailchimp, social scheduling tools and Google Analytics.
A creative mindset and eagerness to learn.
Package and Benefits:
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000, depending on experience.
Bonus: Performance-based.
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays, increasing with service.
