Your duties as the Marketing & Communications Manager will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and engages key stakeholders within the education sector.
2. Design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that generate quality leads and support the sales team in achieving their targets.
3. Create compelling content for various channels, including promotional emails, product updates, newsletters, social media posts, and LinkedIn messages, ensuring relevance to the education sector.
4. Regularly update the company website with fresh, relevant content to maintain an accurate and current reflection of the brand and its offerings.
Requirements
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Marketing and Communications Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Proven industry experience in brand marketing, digital campaigns, B2B marketing, or social selling, preferably within the education or technology sectors.
2. A working knowledge and practical experience with digital marketing, social media, content management, and automated marketing systems.
REMUNERATION:
1. Salary: £55-65k based on experience.
2. Benefits: 20% performance-based bonus, 25 days of annual leave plus statutory bank holidays, with an additional day for every two years of employment (up to 30 days), private medical insurance (upon successful probation period), and a competitive pension scheme.
