Job description

– Own the entire sales cycle: From pipeline generation to closing new business and managing key renewals, you’ll be fully accountable for achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
– Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, research, and initiate strategic partnership opportunities that align with growth objectives, while also supporting and enhancing the performance – of existing partners.
– Consultative Sales & Needs Analysis: Expertly guide schools, MOEs, and stakeholders in recognising their educational needs, offering tailored solutions through product demonstrations and – ongoing consultative support.
– Market & Industry Insight: Maintain a thorough understanding of the international education market, proactively uncovering opportunities with school groups, international associations, and – Ministries of Education.
– Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with marketing, engage in field sales at international events and trade shows, and provide strategic support to the Sales Director and VP.
– Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish is essential for success in this international role.

Requirements

– A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field sales, sales-driven environment.
– Exceptional consultative selling and negotiation skills, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor.
– The ability to travel internationally to meet the needs of a global client base.
– A strong working knowledge of the industry, market, and competitive landscape.
– Flexibility to work across different time zones.
