Head of Lead Generation

  We are partnering with a fast-growing technology business operating within the education and public sector space, looking to appoint a commercially driven Head of Lead Generation.     This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who thrives on creating opportunities, building outbound campaigns, and driving pipeline growth within schools, MATs, and local authority environments.     The role is a true hybrid between sales, business development, and marketing. You will take ownership of developing and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns, whilst also directly engaging prospective customers through email, LinkedIn, telephone outreach, webinars, and targeted marketing activity.     You will play a key role in helping the business scale its commercial activity across the UK education sector.

The Role

* Developing and executing strategic lead generation campaigns across multiple channels
* Identifying and targeting high-value prospects within education and local authorities
* Creating warm sales opportunities for the commercial team
* Managing outbound prospecting activity via email, LinkedIn, telephone, and marketing campaigns
* Qualifying opportunities and identifying buying signals
* Booking high-quality meetings for the sales team
* Managing CRM systems and prospect databases effectively
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to improve campaign performance and lead conversions

Requirements

About You

* Proven experience in lead generation, business development, SDR/BDR leadership, or growth marketing
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confident using outbound outreach techniques across phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns
* Commercially focused and target driven
* Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
* Strong understanding of CRM systems and data-led prospecting
* Experience selling or marketing into schools, MATs, local authorities, SaaS, or technology sectors would be highly advantageous
