Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales and marketing leader with a proven track record in the EdTech sector? We are seeking a strategic Global Head of Sales & Marketing to spearhead our client’s expansion and drive significant revenue growth in the global higher education market.

About the Role:

This pivotal role will see you leading a distributed sales and marketing team, developing and executing global strategies, and establishing best-in-class sales operations. You will be instrumental in scaling the team, driving lead generation, and managing high-value RFP/ITT responses. Your expertise will also be crucial in shaping marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and ensuring seamless collaboration across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:

– Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement global sales strategies, lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, and drive consistent revenue growth.
– RFP/ITT Excellence: Establish and scale capabilities to deliver compelling, efficient, and tailored responses to formal procurement requests.
– Marketing Innovation: Oversee marketing initiatives, drive digital strategies, and enhance brand visibility in key markets.
– Sales Enablement & Operations: Develop comprehensive enablement programs, optimize sales processes, and leverage CRM systems for maximum efficiency.
– Global Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry leaders, representing the company at global events.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

– Extensive experience in sales leadership within the B2B EdTech/Higher Education sector, particularly with SaaS solutions.
– Proven ability to scale and manage global sales and marketing teams.
– Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets and driving market growth.
– Strong expertise in RFP/ITT management and delivering impactful presentations.
– Deep understanding of SaaS sales processes and CRM systems.
– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
– Established network within the higher education sector.
