The Opportunity:
As an Enterprise Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new enterprise-level opportunities. You’ll work consultatively with education leaders to understand their priorities and position a suite of innovative digital solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for learners and institutions alike.
Key Responsibilities:
– Drive new business acquisition across MATs, colleges, and school groups
– Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
– Develop trusted relationships with education leaders and senior decision-makers
– Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from first contact through to negotiation and close
– Collaborate internally to tailor proposals that meet each customer’s unique needs
– Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
About You
– 5–7 years’ experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management
– Proven success selling SaaS solutions into MATs
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Confident engaging senior leaders across trusts, colleges, and school groups
– Strategic thinker with a proactive, hunter mentality
