The Role
As Account Manager, you will own and grow relationships with a portfolio of UK Multi-Academy Trusts, acting as a strategic partner to senior trust leadership and school-level stakeholders alike. Your focus will be on renewals, expansion, and long-term value, ensuring each partner sees meaningful impact aligned to their maths and teaching priorities.
This is a highly consultative, relationship-driven role, involving regular engagement with CEOs, Directors of Education, Maths Leads, and Headteachers. You’ll work closely with Customer Success and onboarding teams to drive adoption, usage, and measurable outcomes — and you’ll play a key role in shaping trust-wide strategy through data-led insight and structured QBRs.
Key Responsibilities
– Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of UK Multi-Academy Trusts
– Build trusted, long-term relationships across multiple stakeholder levels
– Lead account renewals and identify strategic expansion opportunities
– Deliver and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with trust leadership
– Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure strong implementation, engagement, and impact
– Analyse usage and performance data to surface insights and growth opportunities
– Represent the organisation at UK education conferences and events
– Feed customer insight back into Product and Content teams to influence roadmap and development

Preferred Experience
– 2+ years’ experience in Account Management, EdTech, education sales or partnerships
– Strong understanding of the UK education and MAT landscape
– Experience managing renewals and expansion within existing accounts
– Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
