Job description

Key Responsibilities:

*Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement engagement strategies that align with client objectives.
*Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team focused on delivering exceptional support to educational clients.
*Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to understand their unique challenges and objectives.
*Educational Support: Oversee the planning and delivery of professional development sessions that help clients integrate solutions effectively.
*Performance Tracking: Design frameworks to measure success and impact, using data to refine engagement strategies.
*Product Advocacy: Represent the company in discussions with policymakers and educational organisations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
*5-7 years of experience in teacher education, education policy, or customer success leadership within the education sector.
*Strong understanding of primary/elementary education systems.
*Excellent relationship-building skills with experience working with educational leaders and policymakers.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

*Experience in public education institutions; familiarity with Early Years education is desirable.
*Qualified Teacher Status or Professional Qualification in Speech-Language Therapy.
*Proficiency with CRM tools and EdTech platforms.
