Are you looking to join an exciting and innovative EdTech company to make a real impact on Schools?

We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Customer Success Manager to join a rapidly growing SaaS company specialising in EdTech products for Schools.

As a Customer Success Manager, you ensure clients get the maximum value from our products. You will be the go-to person to support the schools in adopting EdTech products and will work with them on an ongoing basis to ensure they are getting the most out of our products.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of EdTech products, their use in the classroom and the challenges Schools face when using them. You will be tech-savvy and have strong problem-solving skills. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to think strategically.

Your duties will include:

– Working closely with Schools to ensure they get the most out of our products.
– Proactively understanding Schools’ needs and developing strategies to ensure their success.
– Supporting Schools in adopting EdTech products and helping them troubleshoot any issues they may have.
– Collaborating with internal teams to ensure Schools get the best possible customer service.
– Identifying new opportunities for Schools to utilise our products and helping them develop strategies to take advantage of them.
– Developing and delivering training and support materials to ensure Schools can use the products efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

– A degree in a relevant field is preferred but not essential.
– Previous experience in EdTech, customer success, or a related field is preferred.
– Experience with Independent Schools is desirable but not essential
– A strong understanding of EdTech products, their use in the classroom, and the challenges Schools face when using them.
– Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities.
