We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) for a leading provider of Apprenticeship Management software. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative solutions to Training Providers and Employers across the UK.    

Job description

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expand the customer base.
Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients in the education sector, particularly Training Providers and Employers.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the software’s capabilities.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to identify upselling opportunities.
Market Insight: Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to inform product development.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in SaaS solutions within the education sector.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

Desired Skills
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM for tracking sales activities and managing client relationships.
Strong understanding of apprenticeship frameworks and compliance requirements in the UK.
