Job description

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

– Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the early years sector.
– Develop strategic growth plans to increase market share and awareness.
– Build and nurture long-term relationships with nursery managers, group operators, and key stakeholders.
– Represent the company at sector events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
– Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure a sector-relevant proposition.
– Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.

About You

– You’re proactive, confident, and passionate about helping early years providers succeed. You bring:
– Proven experience in new business sales, ideally within the Early Years or Education sector (EdTech or SaaS experience desirable).
– A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Strategic thinking with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
– Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
– A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK (and occasionally internationally).

What’s on Offer

– Uncapped commission structure with excellent earning potential.
– Remote working – flexibility to be based anywhere in the UK.
– Comprehensive benefits package and strong career development support.
– The opportunity to work with a purpose-led business that’s improving safeguarding and wellbeing for children and young people.

If you’re a self-motivated sales professional looking for a role where your work truly matters — this is your chance to make an impact and grow with an industry leader.
