The Opportunity: Own the UK Market and Drive Impact
Join the UK team at a pivotal, early stage; although the market launched recently, they’ve already closed deals with a strong portfolio of Multi-Academy Trusts and Local Authorities across the UK. Our client’s platform is unique—it leverages handwritten solutions digitally, empowering teachers with data-driven insights and fostering creativity in maths. This directly addresses the critical challenge of low performance in mathematics, improving career prospects for millions of children and young adults.
As the Account Executive, you will be given significant autonomy to own the full sales cycle across schools and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) in England.
Your Mission:
– Full-Cycle Sales: Drive lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing of deals with new logos.
– Stakeholder Engagement: Confidently build relationships with key decision-makers, ranging from senior leadership and Head Teachers to pedagogical staff and central council teams.
– Market Presence: Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings, acting as a passionate ambassador for their product and vibrant culture.
– Strategic Growth: Play a pivotal role in shaping the UK team’s strategy and operational success, directly contributing to the company’s global expansion.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
We are looking for a sharp, confident, and highly motivated professional who can navigate complex SaaS sales cycles in the education sector.
Essential Requirements:
– Previous experience selling directly into the Education sector (schools, MATs, local authorities/councils).
– Deal Closer: Demonstrated success in closing deals and managing relationships with senior leadership.
– Ambitious & Target-Driven: A genuine appetite for chasing challenging targets and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and solve problems.
– Sociable & Trustworthy: A natural ability to build rapport and trust with decision-makers and key educational staff.
Desirable (A Real Plus):
– A relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
